Your information
Privacy Policy
This page explains how Project St Thomas handles personal information when you contact us or take part in our activities.
Last updated: 31 August 2026
Information we may collect
When you telephone, text, email or speak to us in person, we may collect your name, contact details and the information you choose to share. If you join an activity or ask for support, we may also need limited information to organise the service safely and respond to you.
How we use it
We use personal information to answer enquiries, manage activities and bookings, provide or arrange support, keep appropriate records and meet our legal, safeguarding and charitable responsibilities. We only share information where it is necessary, where you have agreed, or where the law or safeguarding duties require it.
How we keep it
We take reasonable steps to keep information secure and retain it only for as long as it is needed. This website does not include an online contact form. Links to Facebook, Google Maps and other organisations take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or raise a concern about how it is used. Some legal or safeguarding records may need to be retained.
